Stinging nettle fritters
Hi, my name is Jayne, I work at Appledore School. You may have seen me in the woods setting up the camp for curriculum activities and after school club. This yummy recipe is a springtime favourite at our campfire cooking sessions. I’m sure you’ve heard the children telling you how yummy they are!
I am really looking forward to getting back in the woods soon.
